Pick Up (Locally) and Shipping
Local pick up is available and we also ship within the US. Purchasing a gift for someone miles away or a teacher? We can ship your purchase to it's recipient. Shipping fees will be charged separate as it depends on your order size. Please leave a note at checkout that you would like your order shipped. For an additional fee we also offer gift wrapping.
When can you expect your purchase to be complete?
Given the busy Holiday season we ask for up to 10 business days. We will try our very best to have your personalized goods completed within a week to be picked up or shipped. Sometimes we do run into unforeseen manufacturer backorders. If for any reason your order is delayed we will contact you.
Refunds/Exchanges
Most items are custom made to order and are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason. We ask that you double check all of the purchase details to be sure they are accurate and correct before placing your order.
